1 Month Service:

This is a one month service with Bauppor Weight Loss Centre. This is suitable if you have under 12 Pounds (1 stone/5.5kg) to lose. This works out to 3lbs weight loss per week) Click on 'The Process' link to see a sample guide of what to expect each month.

1. Exercise session: Your own personal exercise session. We have access to some gyms across London, where we can take you through a one on one training session. £45 Per Session.

2. Meal Preparation, Packaging & Labelling: We can prepare your meals for the week, package them in suitable airtight containers, but most importantly, we'll label them with the nutrition content (calories, fat, etc). This way you'll know exactly what you're eating. The meals will be delicious and mouth watering, you won't even feel you're on a 'diet'. 3. Spa & Relaxation Days: We have access to various Spa & Relaxation centres at reduced rates. If you're feeling stressed from work, then this is a perfect opportunity to unwind. Prices start from £89

4. Exercise BootCamp: This is a group overnight trip involving intense outdoor exercise. This will definitely test your endurance. It involves fat burning exercises lasting up to 4 hours, with rest and recovery periods in between. This is not for the faint hearted, but you'll get an all over body workout with a professional trainer. Meals will be provided, and we will round off the day with total body pampering.
