· Please consult your doctor before beginning any weight loss program

· Ensure you inform your consultants of any allergies you may suffer from

· You are encouraged to discuss anything you like with your consultants. Be open and honest.

· Your weekly calls with your consultant is crucial. We need to know how good or bad it’s going. Please stick to it.

· We ask that you send us your ‘before & after’ pictures, by adding them to our facebook page. (Search for Bauppor Weight Loss Centre Ltd)

· BWLC will give you the necessary support and guidance to lose weight. However it is down to you as an individual to make the  effort to lose the weight. So please stick to your weight loss plan, and watch the fat melt away.
